Hypnotherapy allows you to talk about what's going on, what's not working for you, and how you'd like to feel instead.

Hypnotherapy then takes another step further by leading you through guided hypnosis, which is simply a very relaxed state of mind where you remain fully aware and in full control during the whole hypnotic session. It's been shown to be very effective in smoking cessation and overcoming stress, grief, habit control, and much, much more.

"So How Can Hypnotherapy Help Me?"

Are you ready for some positive changes in your life?

Are you ready for positive changes that take place almost immediately?

Let's take a look at hypnotherapy and its effectiveness in treating challenging issues and making positive changes.

As hypnotherapy becomes better understood, you'll understand why it's popularity is increasing.

Hypnotherapy is simply a guided hypnosis. It's a lot like guided meditation with a goal.

"I've meditated before and I still face a lot of the same issues!"

"How can hypnotherapy help me?"

Did you know that only 12% of your day-to-day decisions and actions are influenced by your conscious mind. Your subconscious mind drives about 88% of your emotions, thoughts, day-to-day choices and who you are. This is because your memories, beliefs, and behaviors are known associations that lie in your subconscious mind. This includes all the thoughts, beliefs, and memories that can lead to unwanted emotions, bad habits, and a variety of other issues.

What if you could go directly into your subconscious and "re-program" it to think, feel and act the way you really want to live your life?

Hypnotherapy does that and creates positive change almost immediately!

As your hypnotherapist, I start helping you to relax and to access the subconscious part of your mind.

You will always remain fully-aware and in control the entire time.

As your hypnotherapist, I then help you reduce that which no longer serves you. It's then easier to introduce positive suggestions that will serve you better. I will increasingly lay more and more positive suggestions within your subconscious mind to create and increase positive thoughts, grateful thoughts and thoughts that help you appreciate yourself and your achievements.

The more you reduce the negative thoughts that reinforce unwanted issues, the more previously automatic behavior patterns start to change into something better for you. Many hypnotherapy clients report feeling more relaxed, more happier, and more optimistic after just one session. After just a handful of sessions, people start experiencing life-changing states-of-being and report making actual life-changing, positive decisions for the better!

When you obsess over a bad memory or a negative thought in your mind, are you aware and in control of what you're thinking about? What if you think those negative thoughts 20 times in a row, and really get your emotions into them? Okay, now what if you do that hundreds or thousands of times in a day, week or month? Answer: You're going to start feeling more negative, and you're going to teach your mind to think those negative thoughts more often.

Now, introduce the power of guided hypnosis, which takes you past that critical filter of your conscious mind that questions everything before you introduce it to your subconscious mind, with ideas that reframe past negative experiences so they start acting more like lessons learned. Start replacing the negative emotions associated with negative experiences with positive, growth-oriented emotions, and just imagine or visualize the positive, personal growth that you'll start experiencing!

When you start saying to yourself, "I see myself as a healthy person," you're more likely to make healthy choices that help you to lose weight or to quit smoking. When you spend more time saying to yourself, "I value myself and look forward to my future, one day at a time," (rather than, "Life sucks, and then you die!"), you become a happier person who experiences positive growth much more rapidly than ever before. When you stop letting fears and phobias be the things that lead your thought patterns and control your emotions, and instead let newly-installed positive, optimistic thoughts lead the way; then your life becomes far more happier and more fulfilling.

"Can Hypnotherapy Really Work For My Feelings Of Grief, Stress Or Other Emotions & Thoughts That Keep Me Down?"

Yes! But, it's not a magic pill, nor a cure-all. However, several studies have shown guided hypnosis to work extremely well at making positive change in just a few sessions. It has been shown to improve self-confidence; reduce stress; and have a very positive effect on a person's overall self-esteem and well-being.

"Is Hypnotherapy Really Effective?"

"How Does Hypnotherapy Work Compared to Talk Therapy?"

Let's start by saying psychotherapy (talk therapy) plays an important role in healing mental health. Here at Life Reimagined Hypnotherapy, I am not a doctor, nor a psychiatrist, nor a counselor. I do not prescribe medications, nor do I diagnosis mental disorders. My training is that of a hypnotherapist, certified by the American Hypnosis Association.

"So, what's the difference?"

After approximately 600 sessions, psychoanalysis is expected to show a

38% rate of recovery.

After 22 sessions of behavior therapy (Wolpian), you can expect a

72% rate of recovery.

After just 6 sessions, on average, hypnotherapy is expected to have a

93% improvement rate of success on any one area.

A 93% rate of improvement after just 6 sessions!

That's pretty impressive!

Sometimes, clients come to hypnotherapy with unwanted habits and addictive behaviors (like smoking, gambling, procrastination, etc.). Sometimes we will find underlying emotional issues, trauma or other fears as triggers to the addictive behaviors and habits. Sometimes these are caused by childhood issues, sometimes by life itself. When we address these issues, not only are the habits reduced (and people are able, for example, to stop smoking, permanently), but they experience positive results in many areas of their lives.
